Who I Work With
Individuals
I’m real, caring, and sometimes I’ll challenge you when I think it can help, but always at your pace. We will set goals, focus on what matters to you, and actually work toward making things feel better, because therapy should be productive, not like you’re talking in circles. I genuinely love what I do, and I’m here to support you through the hard stuff while helping you move forward.
Couples
Relationships can be hard, and sometimes you just need someone in your corner to help you find your way back to each other. As a Level 1 Gottman-trained therapist, I’ll help you understand each other better, communicate differently, and rebuild connection, because I believe that if both of you want things to get better and are willing to do the work, there’s a lot we can work on together.
FAQ

First things first, don't be nervous. We'll start with a free consultation to determine your counseling needs (and if we'll make great collaborators). From there we will look at calendars and schedule our first session, in person or via telehealth. I will email you an intake packet including consent forms to complete before our first session. Easy peasy!

There is no magic number when it comes to therapy. We’ll take some time to get comfortable, build trust and figure out what works for you - and then go at your pace. Most of my clients are with me for about 6 months, but you are never locked into a timeline.

I offer both! Convenient telehealth sessions are available throughout Florida. I also offer in-person sessions in Mount Dora.
